It's Party Time Rentals Ltd. has a 4,000-square-foot showroom just filled with great ideas and our trained staff is here at your disposal. We can help you with problem-solving and the strategic planning of your event, while offering cost-effective ideas and common-sense advice. We can also refer customers to DJ services, catering services, photographers and travel agencies, so let us put our experience to work for you!


Rental Service

You can never plan too early to ensure availability. At It's Party Time Rentals, we can take bookings up to one year in advance. All rentals are based on a first-come, first-serve basis. We can tentatively make a reservation for rental items, but we require a 50% non-refundable rental deposit to confirm that order. Your booking deposit applies to the total of your rental bill and the balance must be paid in full before the rentals will be released. This applies to delivery orders also. We accept cash, debit, Visa or MasterCard. You must have valid I.D. for the release of any rental items. Reduction in quantity is accepted without penalty up to 30 days prior to the event; however final changes MUST BE MADE no more than 2 weeks prior to your event. The purpose of this policy is to ensure accuracy in your order. In the event of cancellation, 100% of your booking deposit will be forfeited. We may require a damage deposit on certain rentals, which is at our discretion, any missing or damaged items come out of that deposit, rest is refunded or full refund if no damages. In the event the Rentals are not returned on the date they are due back Full amount will be forfeited. 

Updated Cancellation policy due to Covid 19

As per our usual policy all deposits are non refundable. In the event that you have to cancel due too Covid 19 any deposits paid will be available as an in store credit for up to two years from the date of your event.


Responsibility as a Renter

Responsibility for rented equipment remains with the renter from the time of receipt until the time of return. All china, flatware, glassware and catering equipment should be cleaned, sorted and repacked in the same containers in which they were received. Linens should be refuse-free and dry to prevent staining and mildew. Please ensure that all equipment is secure and protected from the weather while it is in your possession. Charges will apply for dirty dishes, broken, damaged and missing items, including packaging materials.


Note: Please ensure your order is complete. We do our best to make sure your order is accurately packed. If you discover any missing or damaged items, please call us IMMEDIATELY or no allowance will be given when the order is returned.


Delivery Service

Delivery and pickup service is available at reasonable rates. All delivery orders must be paid in full before they leave the warehouse. Orders which have a balance owing may not be delivered if we cannot contact you for payment. All standard delivery and pickup charges are based on a tailgate or ground floor delivery and pickup. If a delivery must be taken to a specific area, floor or upstairs, arrangements must be made in advance and additional charges will apply. Please advise our staff of any pets, gates, stairs, etc. which may present a problem prior to our arrival.
